Woodside is a newer community located on the north side of Petrovitsky Road behind Petrovitsky Park.

Homes in this development were built in early 2000 and is governed by a homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
